we do not have the capacity of providing documentations for FSA/HSA (other than the receipt option upon checkout). Insurance Companies consider this elective treatment therapy,  I know it’s frustrating on your end because it’s your money that they are deeming to be tax-free, however we do not offer any type of formal letter for coverage.
