Do I need to be fasting?

YES! Preferably for a minimum of 6hrs. Also please drink water before your labs are drawn.

Will you fax lab order to our PCP to be completed ?

NO, there is liability with this, we offer those services in house for your convenience, safety, and for our malpractice compliance.
